Since 2024, I’ve been working on the Humanoo App (adquired by TELUS Health in 2025), a digital wellbeing platform that helps employees build healthier habits across physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. My role focuses on continuously improving the user experience of an established product used by thousands of people, while supporting long-term engagement and aligning design decisions with business and organizational goals. Context: The App operates in a multi-stakeholder environment, serving a diverse user base while meeting business, technical, and compliance requirements. This demands design solutions that balance usability, consistency, and long-term product growth. Challenge: How to continuously improve a large-scale wellbeing platform without increasing complexity, while addressing diverse user needs and working within existing systems and constraints.

Approach: I work with a user-centered, iterative approach, focusing on end-to-end flows rather than isolated features. My work emphasizes clarity, reduced friction, and strong visual and interaction patterns, in close collaboration with product and engineering teams. Outcome: As an ongoing project, the impact is incremental. The work has contributed to improved usability, a more cohesive experience, and a solid foundation for future development.
